Chief Executive Officer

Donna Quinton Brown is an RN and former CCRN. With a 20 year background in the clinical setting, she worked in a variety of areas including ER, Medical/Surgical, Home Health, OR, Telemetry, ICU, CCU, and CVICU. After her last clinical role as CVICU manager of a premier open heart program, she made the move to the healthcare business arena.

Donna’s corporate leadership roles have included titles such as Regional Manager Business Development, Area Director of Sales, and National Vice President of Sales, and ranged from startup to well established healthcare companies. She has been a significant force in the outsource of chronic care management services since the program's operational inception by CMS in 2016.

Donna’s combination of clinical skills and business expertise provides a unique perspective and formidable ability to help grow and support healthcare organizations and providers. She is a published clinical author with articles in Critical Care Nurse, AACN News, NTI News, and the Journal of Medical Innovation.

Chief Operating Officer

Michael Dobbelaere comes from a very successful background in biology, laboratory, medical services, operations management, and sales. As Chief Operations Officer, Michael is responsible for ongoing logistics operations at CCI, a position in which he leverages over 20 years of experience in the healthcare arena.  He is a talented strategist whose career consists of a very prosperous track record in business development, sales leadership, and operational roles.

Prior to joining CCI, Michael successfully managed a real estate investment portfolio and spent nearly two decades in the clinical laboratory industry. At LabCorp, Michael was responsible for business development management in southern Florida, as well as responsibility for LabCorp’s operations in Puerto Rico.

Michael holds bachelor's degrees in biology and chemistry as well as a master's degree in biology from Florida Atlantic University.  He is multilingual, fluent in English, Spanish, and French.

Debra Hollenbeck RN Chief Nursing Officer

Debra K. Hollenbeck, RN, has been a nurse for 15 years with an extensive background in nursing, nursing mentorship, and healthcare administration.  She began her career in the acute inpatient setting with a focus on Orthopedics/Neurology and furthered her calling in a wide variety of clinical settings including Long Term Care and Community/Public Health.  Most recently she was instrumental in launching a very successful Medicare Wellness program with an outpatient/physician’s office within her organization.

Debra has a passion for health and wellness which extends to all areas of her professional life.  Along with her talents as a compassionate caretaker, she brings expertise in administrative, leadership, and technical skills.  Debra is highly motivated to provide quality care to patients, their families, and the community.  That passion for excellence extends to her position of RN leadership in CCI.

Taylor L. Davis leverages 12 years of marketing experience with Fortune 500 brands, startups, and nonprofits to create revenue generation strategies and operations that win results. While she started her career in digital marketing customer acquisition for e-commerce products, she has evolved her business growth strategies to serve clients in many verticals including service and SaaS sectors.

Taylor completed two Bachelor degrees in Management and Marketing from Nova Southeastern University, with minors in Leadership and Entrepreneurship. Following a corporate career growing direct-to-consumer sales for household names such as Crock-Pot® and FoodSaver®, she scaled top line revenue for two start-ups leading to successful angel and Series A investment rounds. Since then she has consulted with dozens of other clients to decrease costs while growing profit margins. Her company strategy reach extends to human resource management, customer service, supply chain management, process establishment and improvement, and strategic growth.
